HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ?United States: Orders usually transit time within 1 - 2 business days from the date orders placed. Your order will transit time approximately 6 - 10 business days after it’s shipped. Note - Delivery depends on the shipping option. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING ?Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period of time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund. Please email service@keytagsrus.com for all change or cancellation inquiries. Make sure to include your full name and order number. If your order has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel this order. You are still able to refund upon arrival.
